Parent Partnership Association (PPA)

Something unique our center offers is our Parent Partnership Association. It is a warm, inclusive, family-focused group designed to strengthen the relationship between parents, teachers, and our daycare community. The PPA is not a formal PTA organization, it is a simple, flexible, daycare-friendly program created to support our children, encourage our teachers, and bring families together.
Our Purpose
-To foster communication, trust, and unity between parents and staff
-To help our team create fun and meaningful family events
-To bless our teachers with encouragement, appreciation, and support
-To offer parents opportunities to volunteer in big or small ways
-To build a strong, Christ-centered community where children thrive
Our Approach
The PPA focuses on connection over complexity. No dues. No strict committees. No legal PTA requirements. Just parents and the Milestones staff partnering together with shared values, open communication, and hearts to serve.
Everyone is welcome, every voice matters, and every contribution, big or small, is appreciated.
What Is the PPA?

What We Do

How YOU Can Be Involved
There’s no pressure or long-term commitment!
Parents can help by:
-Volunteering at an event
-Donating snacks or supplies
-Helping plan a class party
-Joining a meeting
-Sharing ideas
-Offering encouragement to teachers
-Or simply staying connected and informed
Any level of involvement is valued.
