Hello! My name is Sherise and I am the Owner of Milestones Christian Academy. I consider myself a seasoned childcare professional with over 24 years of experience dedicated to nurturing young minds and building high‑quality early learning environments. My career began in 2001, with the successful launch of my own home daycare, where I developed a reputation for creating warm, structured, and developmentally rich spaces for children to thrive. Driven by a passion for community, education, and excellence, God led me to expand my vision beyond home—going on to open and operate several daycare centers. Throughout my career, I have overseen program development, staff training, licensing compliance, and family engagement initiatives, all while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, compassion, and professional integrity. My leadership is rooted in my belief that early childhood education lays the foundation for lifelong success. My work continues to reflect my dedication to providing families with dependable, high‑quality care and creating environments where children feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow. Overall, I am truly grateful God has allowed me the opportunity to be a seed in the lives of so many families and the lives of their children. I firmly believe “if we raise up a child, in the way that they should go, when they are older, they will not depart from it”. Proverbs 22:6

Hello! My name is Halie Allen, and I am so happy to be part of the Milestones Christian Academy family. I truly look forward to getting to know each child and family who walks through our doors. I love partnering with our parents and teachers and strive to support smooth day-to-day operations while helping create a positive, welcoming environment for both our families and staff. I am married and the proud mom of four boys—Sean (13), Ryan (11), Connor (8), and Elijah (1, in Busy Bees!). My family and I attend Central Church in Covington, where I also regularly volunteer in the children’s ministry. At Milestones, I oversee our social media, daily operations, events, and PPA, and I am always working to implement new initiatives that help keep our families connected, informed, and engaged. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns. I am truly grateful to be part of the Milestones family and look forward to getting to know each of you!

Hello, my name is Jennifer. I am a mom, grandma, and educator who has had the pleasure of working with children in the Loganville community for over 30 years. My journey began when my own children were young, as I provided in-home childcare to local families. Through my children, I was also actively involved in leading Cub Scouts for more than a decade. My next adventure led me to substitute teaching with Walton County Public Schools, where I served for nearly 10 years. In 2015, I joined Milestones (formerly Country Crossings) as a classroom teacher. After eight years in the classroom, I was invited to step into an administrative role, and last year I was honored to move into the position of Assistant Director. Outside of school, you’ll often find me with my hands in the dirt or my toes in the sand! I am a strong believer in the importance of nature and the great outdoors. I am also a proud mom to three sons and one daughter, two wonderful daughters-in-law, and a grandma to five perfect grandchildren. At home, I have a small zoo of my own, including dogs, cats, chickens, and more!
